A Simpler Recipe

This is the plan for my next attempt:

Dry Ingredients
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Brown Sugar

Wet Ingredients
3 cups Beef Stock
12 oz 6 oz Tomato Paste
16 oz Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce

Combine the wet ingredients and bring to a boil. Combine the dry ingredients. Add to the wet and simmer 30 minutes.
This time I'll do taste tests of the base before adding the spices.
